last tea (for a while)

One last tea with Dairik.

I feel grateful that you have always kept your tea house warm, beautiful and open.

Thank you for sharing your time (precious and scarce).

And for everything you taught me about Japan. It was because of you that I had a chance to appreciate chado and truly feel its gifts: purity, tranquility, harmony.

And understand that tea is (should be) punk!

It will be a while, but I hope we will have a chance to share a bowl of matcha again.

In Kyoto or elsewhere.

Thank you.
